I can be open by writing poems. Some readers admit my poems affected them. Well, yeah, because all of it are true. Here I am, opening out my poems from my heart to you!
I just finished a poem about snow, and momentum brought on this one about snow and shadow. I did break the syllable count in the last stanza but there was no good way to cut out two syllables and bring it down to tetrameter. I could plead the last two syllables elide to one and it's a weak ending but that would be disingenuous. I screwed up.
