When Raoul suggests he and Christine take a trip to Arendelle to take her mind off the traumatic events at the opera house, neither one expects Christine to befriend the princess. Despite her uplifting new friend, Christine still mourns the loss of her angel, especially as speaking with the spirited princess causes her to doubt her own love for Raoul as well as his love for her. Meanwhile, the phantom comes to manage the new theater the queen of Arendelle built, never suspecting his lost Christine to be so near.
