However Lockwood is fighting battles of his own both dead and alive. After a valuable mirror falls into the wrong hands, Lockwood and his team will need all the help they can to get it back. Takes place during the ending of The Whispering Skull and The Hollow Boy!

This fanfic elaborates more on Lockwood's interaction with La Belle Dame. In the books, Lucy asks Lockwood about what he was thinking when La Belle Dame came to him and he said that he forgot. Well, this story answers that question! Note that I don't own Lockwood & Co. or any of its characters. The Lockwood & Co. series belongs to my favorite author, Jonathan Stroud :)

Quill Kipps ponders his life choices as he sits in the kitchen of 35 Portland Row, the home of his former enemy. He made some bad decisions, but so does every agent. He made some good ones as well, and it had nothing to do with working for Fittes. Short one-shot, post-Creeping-Shadow.
