!A rewrite of my old book! Set after the Empty Grave. With a bit of show cannon, because I like that elaborates on Lucy's life before London. Lucy's sister is getting married. Lockwood and co just happen to have a case in the same town the same week as the wedding.

The Problem was all she had ever known. Wake up, research, practice, hunt the ghosts. Amelia Evans knew nothing about what it meant to fall in love or how to be a normal teenager. Eight months ago, Lucy walked away from Lockwood & Co.-from the danger, the ghosts, and, most of all, him. She told herself it was for the best. That she couldn't keep watching Lockwood throw himself into the fire, reckless and unbreaking. That leaving was the only way to save herself. But when he shows up at the quiet little book café where she works, asking-begging-her to come back, old wounds split open, old feelings resurface, and suddenly, the space between them feels dangerously thin. Because everyone knew they were in love. Except them. But nothing stays buried forever. Conspiracies unravel, near-death experiences stack up, and soon, they're questioning everything-their choices, their past, and just how much they're willing to risk for each other. Because it's Lockwood & Co. And nothing is ever that simple.

The story takes place after the fourth book. Lockwood & Co. would absolutely like to know Penelopes's secret. Because of that they break into the Fittes mausoleum at night. But nobody would have expected what happened next. In the following days they discover more and more secrets. And not only Penelopes. Accompany the team to their last fight. The end will show, which side wins. And of course, there's a lot of Lucewood/Locklyle ☺️ (The figures belong to Jonathan Stroud but all the rights of the story belong to me)

Lucy is getting followed by a ghost, but it's not just any, it's her own. Being followed by a ghost means death is imminent. It means Lucy should be dead. Everything is going to plan, life is going back to normal, but Lucy is haunted, constantly haunted, by her own ghost. Is it possible for Lockwood and Co. to avoid death? Lucy doesn't like to remember her past before Lockwood and Co. Its way too painful and sad, besides, there's not need to look back on it, right? Wrong. Now her past seeks to enter her present in a non-pleasant way, and, honestly, what better way to deal with terrible-past-evil than to bring back into her life one of the non-so-terrible things that still remain from her childhood. --------------- This fic is made with the sole purpose of dealing and possibly kill Writer's Block, so it may be a little crappy and trashy.
