After Acis' brother goes 'missing' and Acis interferes with the government, she gets exiled. Cast out of the colonies she calls home, separated from her mother, and bound to die at some point. Then found and taken in by the rumored 'Savage Colony', attacked by a guy claiming to kill her-per what her brother did, and living in a place she knows nothing about. Acis is determined to figure out what happened to her brother, with more trouble unraveling before her eyes. Acis and a group of other exiled- who she befriends -fight for their lives and uncover the truth about the world that they thought they new. Nothing is ever as it seems.
