He didn't even name himself but people did it for him since he looked like a Cinnamon roll but thanks to how he was dealing with villains they decided to call him Cinne which was a mix of the word Cinnamon roll and Sinner since he himself was not better than one. Everyone was quite scared of him which didn't make his reputation any better. Little do people know what life Cinne was living and how annoyed he was or how much piled up anger he had in himself to actually go around to beat people up to feel better. In contrary to what people think, he didn't picked up vigilantism because he liked or wanted it but because of himself!!! Izuku, unfortunately, was born into the 10% population of society, causing the unlucky boy to mistreated by fellow peers.
