When Izumi and Izuku was 4, Inko takes Izuku to the quirk doctor and then Toshinori takes Izumi to the quirk doctor. Inko and Izuku was happy for this and then the doctor said to them Izuku you can tell the people who you trust and you need to find a boy your age you has the power of the legendary Wii Fit Trainer called Wii Fit and you will find him in a Wii Fit Trainer's dojo he called it that to remind him of his Grandfather.
