Izuku Midoriya had a weak quirk. In reality, his quirk was actually perfect for Heroics, but his parents preferred his sister's incredibly powerful Telekinesis quirk. Toshinori and Inko Yagi paid less and less attention to their son who's quirk wasn't as powerful or heroic as his sister's.

However, one day Aizawa and Nezu payed a visit to the exact same mental hospital because they got some lead about a group of villains that were after UA. Izuku is born with not one but two quirks. though one is a mutation type quirk, she doesn't count as one. she counts the quirk that she inherited from her real father. Hisashi Midoriya her step father was a cruel man that abandoned her mother all because she didn't want to put her up for adoption. but then her mother dies in a villain attack.
