Izuku Midoriya got himself into trouhble once again. Not only is he quirkless but thanks to a certainy spicy Dandelion he ran away from, he found himself stuck at a villain base. Not knowing what to do he calls 911 from his phone. Thankfully for him, he has service and was not found yet! Though the question is for how long? When he was a kid, Midoriya Izuku was hit by an unknown Quirk. He was found a few days later, unharmed. He was gone for just a few days to the world, and he never told anyone where he'd been. Who would believe that he'd been sent back in time several hundred years to the Pre-Quirk Era? That he'd been adopted by a pair of circus performers who gave him the name Richard Grayson? That he, Quirkless Midoriya Izuku, had become Robin, the Boy Wonder, famed partner to the Old Hero, Batman. Yeah. Nobody was going to believe that. At least he could become a LEGAL hero, now.

People are not born equal. Since the dawn of time the strong have prayed the weak to empower themselves, be it dinosaurs, animals, or people. But over time humans have found dozens of ways to make themselves strong, from martial arts, to weapons, to training their own bodies. But one day in Qingqing a newborn baby was born with the ability to emanate light. And thus started the age of Quirks. Years have passed,currently only 80% of world's population consists of superhumand with speacial abilities that only seemed real in stories and fairytales, But there some people who use their Quirks for evil. And The Heroes were born to protect the people from people who misuse their powers for villainy. Yet over time, the people let their Quirks determited everything in their career in the society including becomin a Heroes. But one boy wasn't born with power is determited to be a hero whaever it take. (A/N: I don't own the series or any pictures I give credit to the creators.)

Alright, before we begin, let me start with this, most stories that cross over dragon ball into MHA, tend to either add Goku, or for some reason make Deku a Saiyan? Yeaaaah, I'm not gonna do that. Instead, what I'll be doing is dragging dragon ball's logic, in terms of training and Ki manipulation being a serious possibility, even for the quirkless! Something only obtainable via the most talented, strongest martial artists, and the pupils of their craft! The fact of which is hidden and masked from the masses under the falsehoods that people capable of such feet's, are gifted with insane quirks. Second on the agenda, I'm not going to be making any of my characters world level threats. It's hard to power scale but let me put it to you like this. The maximum bar right now, is end of Dragon ball Goku and Jr Piccolo during the world tournament level of strength! Our starting level in terms of power level being kid Goku level, once again from Og DB. Which is still wicked strong, but not so much so that those of MHA are dwarfed. I think we can agree that's fair right? Lastly, if you're here for transformations and SUPER SAIYANS... You came to the wrong place. That's flat out, out of the question. We can agree, even at kid Goku level power, Super Saiyan would make you a WORLD DESTROYING level threat! Lastly, the character you see through the eyes of, is for ease of writing sake, going to be named Kaido, but you can just imagine your name in its place. It's a lot easier to give a generic name then to constantly type (Y/N) all the time. With that, please enjoy the story! :D Oh! And by the way!
