Izuku Midoriya is a hero. He's not the kind of hero most people imagine heroes to be like, but he is one. A vigilante, to be exact, but he is just as if not more popular than pro-heroes. As a co-leader of The Phantom Syndicate, he fights for quirkless rights alongside a hundred other vigilantes. He's one mysterious man - no one knows anything about him, not even what his quirk is. All they know is that he's powerful, and they need to catch him. And so the chase for the greatest Phantom, Deku, begins. But how can some policemen and a handful of heroes and hero-trainees stop a revolution? AKA That's what you get if you discriminate against 20% of the population and forget how creative humans are.

Midoriya Izuku has been bullied for being quikless in a world where 80% of its population is loitered by superhuman abilities. Unbeknownst to the whole world of the origin of quirks, Izuku awakens what has been the zero point breakthrough of quirks as he meets a certain brunet whose hair can rival his own unruly curls on a hunt for a dopey-eyed purple head. Izuku Midoriya gave up on heroism the day he graduated. Becoming a cop was never the dream, but it was his only way to make something of his "useless" life. Gradually the work took a toll, day after day, night after night. Izuku's body had succumb to the physical effects of chasing criminals all day. Due to his perfect track record he was able to move to a different department of work- he became a detective, for a quieter scene. Although less physically draining, Izuku now lives in a fog of caffeine and cases, numb to it all-until a string of brutal murders drags him back into the fire. The unsub is always one step ahead.

It was the final straw. Izuku Midoriya, a quirkless boy, lived a harsh childhood but he was no quitter, he did his best to survive in this unfair world. The world of quirks that created heroes and villains, the world that Shunned him, abused him. Izuku had been denied by his mother, his classmates, and now even his idol; All Might. What happens when he has the chance to break their flawed system with a simple notebook

It didn't start when All Might told Izuku Midoriya that he couldn't be a hero. It started much earlier than that, when Hisashi Midoriya walked out on Inko, taking with him their four and a half year old son. All For One will devote a lot of time to investments he considers worthwhile. His son is one such investment. "Daddy, I want to help people!" Izuku cried. All For One waited for the qualification. "But... But... I don't think I can do it as a hero," his son wailed. "But I still want to help people!" Hisashi hugged his son. "You will help people, Izuku." He placed his cheek on the crown of Izuku's head. His son's green curls were so soft and he just held his boy for a few moments longer. "You will stand by my side when I change the world," All For One told his son. "You will be my dragon," he added. Izuku wanted to be treated normally. He wanted to be known for his actions whether they were good or bad. He hated the identity that people gave him for his lack of quirk. He would prove this is a final trial. A trial that would leave him alone to meet someone who would treat him as a person.

Most would assume that being the son of two top ten pro-heroes would be an amazing life. Well, it is, unless your quirkless. After being diagnosed quirkless, Izuku Yagi is neglected by his parents in favor of his sister, Izumi. The childhood friends he thought would be there for him not only turned on him. But also bullied and abused him every day. He suffered in silence till the day he learned about who his dad is, and who he decided deserved One for All. After that, he ran away but soon came to realize his quirklessness was a misdiagnosis.
