Seeing as the man was equally confused (at least he hoped so) and utterly exhausted as Tsukauchi was himself, that wasn't going to be too hard. And Eraser just fucking shrugged "Dunno" he answered when Tsukauchi had asked him why the vigilante had been with him, uncuffed "I'm equally confused as you are, Detective." the hero sighed audibly as the coffee from his mug seemed to dissipate into the air "He just walked up to me, said 'Oh nooo, you caught me, whatever shall I do?' and then proceeded to, and I quote 'gracefully allowed such a lowlife as me get blessed by his companionship' on my patrol until I finally had enough of his little comments and took him here" silence, then slight slurping filled the room "In conclusion, I have no clue" and just like that, the hero was gone and another dirty mug was added to the already big pile of dirty mugs in the precinct sink. Izuku never met All Might, he never was attacked by the Sludge Villain, thus he never got his quirk. But then he meets the Hero Killer: Stain and is now his mentor after the vigilante saw that he was a true hero. Will he become a hero with the assistance of the 'Villain'? Even without a quirk? The man smiles back at the boy. Finally some one who knows the meaning of a hero. "Yes, you'll make a fine hero some day young man." As Izuku trains to be a hero a new Vigilante comes to Mustaufau, Eraserhead gets a headache, and Tsukauchi drinks more coffee than humanly possible to finish all that new paperwork.

'Wait, All Might, sir!' All Might paused, turning around to look at Izuku questioningly. 'Uh, I have a question!' 'Make it quick.' All Might groaned, starting to look annoyed. 'Can someone like me still hope to be a hero, even without a quirk?' This had All Might fully turning around, before he looked out to the city. 'I'm sorry, young man, but I can't simply say you can be a hero, especially without a quirk. I really must go now. If you knock on the door long enough, I'm sure someone will eventually come and get you. Goodbye kid.' ----- Izuku's only wanted to be one thing his whole life. But then he's exposed to the truth. And suddenly, he doesn't want to be a hero anymore. No, he has a much better idea.

Izuku Midoriya never actually intended on becoming a vigilante, it just sort of happened. He stayed out late to avoid his mother at night, and got to know pro hero Eraserhead as a result. He's going to try and become a pro, if not for himself then for the other quirkless kids that need someone to believe in, and that believes in them. -- cross posted on ao3 under the same username!!
