This is my second try at making a story so sorry if it's not good. This story is supposed to be about a Harry who is a bit smarter after his time with the dursleys. He also as you can see by the title is quite good with magic specifically wand based magic. He will go out of his way to learn some spells if he feels he needs to. He will also do his own homework so no copying of Hermione. I might make it an AU as well just to let ya know.
