When a power source of a machine called the Dimension Machine, which keeps all dimensions separate, is stolen, every world in the multiverse starts to slowly merge into one. Now, it is up to a group of heroes of other worlds to save the day. Although none of them know each other well, it is now their duty to retrieve the Dimension Machine's power source and save all of the dimensions from mixing with others, including their own.

After the events with the Megabug, the Mushroom Kingdom was peaceful but this time with a new threat rises as a being called Cursa who is now conquering the galaxy. Some little creatures who look like Luma's hold a crazy amount of new power as Cursa want to harness there power. With the galaxy in Danger now, join Bryan, Meggy, Human Meggy and there friends as they travel threw the galaxy and too rescue and obtained the Sparks to help and power them up to save the galaxy from the vicious Cursa and her minions and later on... after the defeat of The Last Spark Hunter, Beep-0 gets a invitation to someplace in space and he decides to bring MauReese, Desti, Clauds, Blast, Sara, Nona, Alexsy, Rabbid MauReese and Rabbid Desti as they decide to head towards the location. They were met face to face with The Phantom, a formal arch nemesis to the Heroes, but it looks like changed... kinda. Within this new yet familiar tale, we join unlikely heroes from a familiar world as they navigate through a whole world from a child's imagination, where two things merge into one. Beep-0 leads Cassie, Luke, Marco, and Markus through the Merged World after the cause, young Spawny.

After learning Olly has been captured, the Power Shutters conduct a raid on Cursa's stronghold to defeat Cursa once and for all.

In a futuristic world, a young inventor and avid Super Smash Bros fan, with the help of her robot assistant Beep-0, has invented a device known as the SupaMerge helmet, which can merge any two objects together into a single entity. She invented it with the intention to solve an energy crisis, but the device has a problem with overheating. But when the inventor leaves the room, a group of Rabbids arrive in their Time Washing Machine, one of which puts the SupaMerge helmet on and starts causing chaos. While having fun with the helmet, it accidentally hits the Time Washing Machine and causes a malfunction, sucking the Rabbids and Beep-0 into an interdimensional vortex. At that time, another vortex appears In the World of Trophies and above the Mushroom Kingdom and sucks up everyone, including Mario and his friends. As both Mario's friends and the Rabbids are thrown across the Mushroom Kingdom, Beep-0 discovers that the SupaMerge helmet has merged itself with the Rabbid wearing it, who starts causing more chaos by merging more things together. Mario must work together with his fellow fighters and Rabbid counterparts of them in order to save the Mushroom Kingdom, and possibly, the World.
