Noooooooooo... And yes, I pretty much stole the cover from Story of The Delancey Brothers. This is kind of a foretasting of what's coming in that book, only told from Race's perspective, instead of the Delanceys'

Race Higgins is excited to start a new life at college. Little does he know that is exactly what he'll get. Just not in the way he thinks... He meets Spot Conlon, a leather wearing motorcycle riding bad boy, and Albert DaSilvia, the rich playboy and life of the party. Who hate each other! However when both of these boys meet Race they fall for him. Which only makes their rivalry grow! Who will Race choose??? A love triangle with a twist!

Well, face to chin, but still. "I said," Race slightly bent his knees so that he was level with Spot, "It sounds like a demand more then anythin', and besides, then the sheepshead races might close. That isn't a win for anybody." Race stood up straight and crossed his arms. "Well den, Ise can just go sellin' with ya," Spot said, mimicking Races stance and crossing his arms. "What?" Race said, slightly shocked at what Soot had just stated. "Youse heard me, Ise can go sellin with ya then." "Alright then. I'll see you there tomorrow mornin'." "A'ight," Spot said. Both boys hadn't realized the close proximity between them, and only realized how close they had been once Race turned his back and walked away, Spot doing the same.

Samantha Kelly, younger sister of Jack Kelly, has finally started to be friends with her brothers band of misfits. However, she develops feelings for one specific boy, Race Higgins, but she does not know if he has feelings for her. However, she has caught the eye of Spot Conolon, the attractive leader of the Brooklyn newsies. Her brother already arranged her to go on a date with Spot, but will that all change when Race decides to tell her how he really feels.

It had to be secret, no one could know, especially Spot Conlon -leader of the Brooklyn Newsies. However, one night arrives with Race, the next without. This takes Spot by surprise, and in moments a search party is assembled. Yet, the truth is harder to find than you may expect. Especially with a lot of Newsies curious about where Race was and the truth behind it all. Because, really, who is Racetrack Higgins?
