Long ago, there was a village of vikings on a small island known as Berk, which suffered weekly, sometimes even nightly raids from fire breathing dragons. However his father always kept him inside the forge during raids in fear of losing the only family he had left. There, the boy became a bit of an inventor as well as a decent blacksmith. However all of that changed when one night, using one of his inventions, he shot down the most dangerous and mysterious dragon in the entire Archipelago. The Night Fury...

You have likely seen it all before, Hiccup gets chosen to kill the Monstrous Nightmare but instead of staying to try and prove to his village dragons aren't the monsters they think they are, he leaves. Abandons the world he knows for a world of possibility, a world where he can be him, be free. What if he is one day discovered by a group of dragon riders and chose to join them as they had adventure after adventure. It would be a good life but of course it would never stay so happy, things would change sometimes for the better sometimes for worse. Old scars would surface, old lives reappear and new faces vanish, how would this affect him. Well shall we find out? About 9 years later a new villain appears in the archipelago, Viggo Grimborn and his brother Ryker Grimborn. Hiccup Haddock and his friends are trying to rid of the two because they're hunting and killing dragons which leads Y/N and him to come across each other on the field of battle ending up with Y/N fleeing the scene along with his Light Fury. Will Hiccup try and find the two or wait for their return? Will Y/N return or stay in hiding and leave it to Hiccup?
