When Racetrack Higgins and Spot Collen meet at the brooklyn bridge they soon realize feelings for each other. A few months later the Manhattan newsies go on strike. Can their relationship handle it? (Sorry for the cringe description 😔✌🏽🥀)

What she doesn't expect is Ben Cook. Charming, talented, and impossible to ignore, Ben quickly becomes one of the only things she looks forward too while on the road. As friendships develop and feelings grow stronger, Mckenzie finds herself falling for him. This story brings the Mighty Ducks and splashes of Newsies (both owned by Disney) together. This story is set in New York and Minnesota respectfully following Anastasia through the ups and downs of her life as a teenager. As she moves away from her family in Manhattan she befriends an athletic group of individuals. But when she develops new feelings for the Cake Eater and the Enforcer her loyalty with the Newsies and Ducks is questioned. Will she ever be able to find her true self and happiness in Minnesota? Or will she be swallowed whole in a sea of new possibilities and heart break?. I do not own any of the pictures used or references. When Racetrack Higgins and Spot Conlon see each other for the first time, it's love at first sight for Race. However, he's convinced that he could never win the heart of the King 'o Brooklyn. Spot and Race have been seeing each other since the end of the strike now in secret. It was their little secret, Nobody dared to question why Race was the only non-Brooklyn newsie who was allowed to sell in Brooklyn, why race would get caught in Brooklyn late at night because he was 'gambling' too long or it started to rain out and and he'd have to stay the night in the Brooklyn lodging house, why Race is the only person who could get Spot to show his soft side.
