She discovered she had time rewind powers, solved the disappearance of a missing teenage girl, and saved her best friend Chloe Price, and her town Arcadia Bay from a storm. Max quit using her powers, but she starts having visions of a familiar, fierce girl, that's supposed to be dead- Rachel Amber. Chloe and Max try to make sense of the visions, and find out the true story about what really happened to Rachel.

They are from different worlds, Chloe lives on the high seas with her best mate Rachel while princess Maxine is preparing for her husband's coronation. Somehow their paths cross and the results will change them and their world forever.
