Emma Anderson was always a bright one, being half Chinese, academic pressure was always on. Lando Norris just started the 2024 F1 Season, now suddenly pitted against his championship rival, Max Verstappen. After a nice two week break from racing in between the Japanese and Chinese GP, it was finally time to go back... *Inspired by Hit On Me by kissleclerc (used the same real-life inspo for the female lead, different personality though) Props to them & highly recommend <3* --- I'm boarding the plane, where I would spend 13 hours flying from London to Tokyo. The trip was a last minute thing, I just needed to get away for a week after graduation. As luck would have it my seat was randomly upgraded to first class as the airline double-booked my seat. At least I could actually have a good night's sleep now. As I sat in my seat, I tried to push the button for the seat divider which seems to be stuck. The man next to me, messy hair, mid-twenties, and wearing an oversized jumper, looks at the button as well, shaking his head. "It doesn't seem to work." "Yeah..." I say not knowing how else to reply. "My name's Lando, by the way." "My name's Emma" I say as I extend my hand which my mom told me was to 'be polite'. He took my hand and shook it looking at my face and smiling "It's nice to meet you Emma." He said as he buckled his seatbelt.
