Hot shot is happy and playful little five year old. He loves his father Heatwave and his mother Quickshadow. Hot shot is a very active child and he loves to run, jump, climb and play. He is a wonderful child who doesn't sit still for a second. He loves sports and he is full of hopes and dreams. Hot shot's parents are happy to have a healthy child. But one day things change. Hot shot starts to feel unwell. He has a horrible headache, feeling tired, vomiting, and head tilt. His parents take him right away to Cincinnati children's hospital. There they doctors look at Hot shot and send him to get an MRI. The MRI reveals a brain tumor. After several other tests it is revealed to be medulloblastoma which is brain cancer. Hot shot is ready to be brave. Hot shot makes friends with four other kids his age with the same type of cancer. They are ready to fight their cancer on this adventure and they are going to win. Hannah is an active and playful girl who just turn 8. She lives with her mom, dad, 13 year old brother Ed and 6 year old brother Monty. Hannah is in the second grade.
