The world is still recovering from half the population being dusted. In the six months since people returned, a group of radicals who feel life was better during the Blip, are trying to keep life as it was. When the shield given to one is given to another, three heroes take it upon themselves, with unlikely allies, to get the shield back by whatever means necessary. Life hasn't been easy for Helen. But now, six months after the dusted return, she has a chance to live a normal life. Until one particular news story.
