LIA Zhang is not soft. She is not broken in public. And she is done being rewritten.
In the original series, Lia's story was never fully told-reduced to sharp lines, half-hints, and silence. This fic exists to change that. To explore the trauma beneath her composure, the strength behind her humor, and the cost of surviving something no one ever truly sees.
Description
After the final case, the Naturals are supposed to be done running.
Instead, they're sent back-to Lia Zhang's past.
When Agent Briggs is reassigned, the team relocates to the city Lia once escaped, the place she never planned to see again. Soon after their arrival, a series of disturbing incidents begins: surveillance with no clear threat, messages with no sender, and DVDs labeled like lessons-each one exposing fragments of a life Lia buried long ago.
The case isn't about bodies. Not at first.
It's about belief. Control. And the quiet violence of being told who you are.
Told primarily through Lia's POV, with Michael's alongside hers, this story follows a case that doesn't just test the Naturals' skills-but forces them to confront what survival really means.
Endgame: Lia Zhang / Michael Townsend
