This is a retelling of the 2026 horror film Backrooms, with Jax as Clark, Ragatha as Mary, Kaufmo as Bobby, Ribbit as Kat, and Kinger as Phil.

This is the story of a WONDERFUL world in a circus with amazing humans and a TOTALLY amazing ringmaster in it, with a special guest, and they will all go to AMAZING adventures where they will be all happy and never wanting to leave. Oh am i wrong, bubble ? Of course not ! HAHAHAHAHAHA.

(All rights of the characters go to Glitch & Gooseworx) This one will only be in english, so yeah. Big apologies to my german readers, but I wanna try this one out. Proper fanfics like Dealing with the Past will still be written in german & english. Anyway, what's this one about? The main cast (Pomni, Jax, Ragatha, Kinger, Gangle, Zooble), Caine (sorta) and abstracted characters (only Ribbit, Kaufmo & Queenie) react to other versions of themselves, like different universes/AU's, role swaps and whatnot. Might even make them react to popular TADC fansongs. Reason why I'm only bringing Queenie, Kaufmo and Ribbit back from abstraction? Well, Kinger needs his love back and Jax has to get his sh!t together somehow lol. I'm not gonna use anything that was shown in episode 9. I loved that episode, but this fic will be different from the canon continuity plus the episode hasn't come out on YouTube yet (at the time that I'm writing this). I might make them react to some canon scenes but who knows. This fic starts after Episode 5 "Untitled" as idk how to write Jax and Pomni after their big fight or the characters after all the stuff that went down in episodes 6-8. Also: ! After receiving a mysterious letter from a man that they never heard off, the circus gang have been invited to visit the playtime co toy factory, a place that they never been to before, Not even Caine knew about this place until now. But after watching a VHS tape a set of doors mysteriously appear leading to the factory, but after going through them the doors disappear leaving them trapped within the factory's walls. Now trapped within the factory, things take a dark turn as they must work together to salve puzzles, fend off the monsters lurking in the shadows, escape the factory, and maybe find the truth of what really happened here.

Y/N is a pretty popular girl among the students of her college. After losing a bet, she's dared to explore an abandoned building by herself. She wasn't scared at first, but the place looked too good to be abandoned. After a while she reached a room where she found a computer: it was still on, which was surprising because she didn't think there still was power running through the place. There was a weird looking headset laying on the desk beside it. She had never tried one of those, so of course she picked it up out of curiosity, blew some dust from it and put it on. The next moment she found herself standing in a cartoonish-looking world, trapped into the body of a pierrot clown. A certain rabbit boy, blocked in The Amazing Digital Circus just like her, helped her accept her fate and make the most of it. A slow burn between Y/N and Jax, where she slowly figures out what she feels for her friend, while still not being able to forget the abstracted frog, Ribbit, who haunts her memories. What happens when they stop pretending? (I don't own any of the characters except for Y/N's design, everyone is from The Amazing Digital Circus. It was here that Caine puts these seven humans through relentless and sometimes quite traumatic adventures. Seeing no other choice, Haruhito is forced to learn to adapt and survive in his new environment, facing challenges and terrors that may push him to the brink. Luckily, he's not alone as he works with the others to survive. He sends the crew on a restaurant adventure with the hopes to fix things. However, some chefs sneak a little extra sauce into Jax's order, causing him to confess a little more than he would've wanted to. Will it be enough to show Pomni how Jax really feels about her? Will things work out between them?? Or will Pomni believe it's another tactic to get under her skin and push her away?

After Jax abstracted, the Digital Circus begins to heal. Old wounds are confronted and friendships grow stronger. Jax must face the consequences of his past while Pomni refuses to give up on him. But not only him, everyone gets the change to de-abstract. A story about forgiveness, recovery, and finding family in the digital circus. Short chapters. *Set post-canon, so SPOILERS* Ever since Jax's abstraction, Pomni has been trying her hardest to continue her life in the circus, surrounded by her friends. She still tries to sneak away to be by his side any chances she gets, whether he is back in the aquarium or under the tent the gang made for him and their other friends. She's trying to live for herself, but also a bit for him. Him abstracting made her realize how much she loved him. She showed her ever growing love through small actions : learning the piano, sharing a meal with him, talking about their new adventures and even sleeping under the tent. But when Kinger and Caine figure out how to bring back the abstractions, how to bring back Jax, how will her life change? Especially with the bunny having come back... Different than before. Jax thought that escaping the circus would be the hard part. He was wrong. Because surviving the world with Pomni is somehow so much worse. When one desperate YouTube upload reunites the two of them, they're forced to navigate a world that's moved on without them, search for the rest of the Circus, and confront feelings neither of them is quite ready to admit. Their only shot is facing it all together. Escaping the Circus was easy. Falling in love is the terrifying part.

Writing my second, well first- idk it's confusing I wrote another fanfic before but I hated it so I deleted it🫪 Warning this story takes place after episode 9, so if you don't want to get spoiled, get your ass out of here. Anyway I will add fluff because it's da best, but not so sure about adding a lot of smut, like I'm not really so much into that - but we'll see.. About: After the events of the last act everything went back to normal, or better than normal; Caine was working on changing himself - what resulted in them having a way more comfortable life style, they adjusted their rooms to fit their style renovated the circus to make it more welcoming and build a big tent for Jax. Jax- yeah that guy; Pomni although she had some ups and downs with him, deeply cared for him and his well-being. She would visit him from time to time to check up. Little did she know, Jax didn't completely disappear..............
