Rainbow 6 is experimenting with new gadgets that can potentially change the world. However, Division agents from New York believe the Rainbow squad is inadvertently helping create the New World Order. Now Six is labeling Division agents as a threat to world peace, and the job for Rainbow squad: Neutralize all terrorists.

After years of watching, Dr. Harvisha Pandey and Eliza Cohen finally decide to enlist a new operator by the name of Shadow. They do research and see that he excels in hostage rescue, bomb defusal, and marksmanship, so they decide that he would be great for their cause.

Tachanka and Kapkan are sent to investigate a supposed White Mask hideout, but they never expected the building to be rigged and end up trapped in the abandoned bunker.
