For generations, the steves have lived in terror. Darkness and machines roam the land, corrupting and kidnapping steves for their lord. The hero destined to save them is nowhere to be found, and the darkness only grows stronger. Sabre doesn't know why he was created, but he can't stand by and let the world around him fall. With the help of his new friends, and the guidance of an elusive creator, can he stand up to the darkness and save his friends? Or will he become just another pawn in the darkness' grand plan...

As part of Rainbow Steves training. Light takes him out into the elementals. A cold, wintery desert to test his endurance. The test doesn't go to plan when they find the old Giants portal ment for Alex. It worked for her, as she was from a different universe. A different realm. So why wouldn't it work now? There is a player in their world. Somebody who doesn't belong. So isn't it the portals job to send him home? And isn't the life of Minecraft just so, so, different from the life that we all live? Let's see how our.... specially colored friend and emotionally numb friend will deal with the 'real world' before r̶e̶t̶u̶r̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ h̶o̶m̶e̶ And I'll say this right now. The title is very misleading. I'm not gonna change it in honor of a friend. But don't expect much Gay nor Gray from it.

Thank @HeathAnders for giving me the idea to write this! She came up with some of the story line, the name, and helped inspire me to write this completely. She is an amazing person so check her out! (Just assume it's a yes) -Most likely going to be MAINLY Rainbow Steve's POV but don't hold me accountable for that, seeing as the first chapter has Sabre's Losing someone you care about is already hard enough, but then losing your memory of them and gaining them back after so long is worse. When you realize that you actually love them, it makes it much worse. Then what do you do when suddenly they come back to life after being gone for so long? Rainbow Steve got injured during the battle of fighting Memory Steve and gained his memories back. Blue Steve comes back to life after it came short because of Nightmare Steve. Except now Blue Steve doesn't have his memories. The only questions are: How did he come back to life? How long will it take to learn what brought Blue Steve back? How will Sabre react when he finds out Rainbow Steve's secret? And will Blue Steve care about Rainbow Steve the same way Rainbow Steve cares about him?

Sequel to "Still Around". I have lost nearly all motivation to write but this is kinda not abandoned as of 2025. I have begun working on a rewrite. Hopefully it will be out eventually. Rainbow Steve has been in Steve High for years, his grades were terrible and his father is not happy about it. For those years he has been bullied by many other Steves just, he has no friends. A few days later, a new teen arrives at the school. He has been bullied just as much as Rainbow Steve has, and he soon makes friends with him. But after a few days of friendship, Rainbow Steve is yet again bullied and gets sent to detention just because of a false lie. And now, his father gets so angry and disappointed with him, he desides to make Rainbow Steve homeschooled when the school year is over, and Rainbow Steve has only a few weeks to prove his worth to his father so he can stay at school with his new friend. Can Rainbow Steve persuade his father that he can stay? Or is he going to become homeschooled and never see his newly found friend again?
