Raindrops Stories

Fleeting moments between two people amidst monsoon's constancy. Not exactly strangers, but not acquaintances either. Just there; each existing in their own orbit while occasionally passing one another. Such passings so hazy that they're nothing but extras in each other's lives. Unimportant enough to remain unnamed. Their orbits began colliding, with hardly any care about their knowledge of one another, how those moments enclosed yet remaining untouched under raindrops made memories, and how those memories formed the reveries they'd relish in their reality, is what this story presents.

The Rain Diary follows the life of a teenage girl named Lily who finds a unique beauty and comfort in rain and writes about it. Different incidents of her life are connected to rain in some way or the other, may it be falling in love, feeling nostalgic and pondering over childhood memories, overcoming fears, acknowledging the ironies of life and much much more! It's not just about the rain, it's about her life! People don't give much thought when it rains, but Lily, a curious girl, has a special spot in her heart just for rain. It may not always be a good experience, but yet, every experience holds a meaning and value, a special significance, that makes it unique and distinguishable, rain being common to them all. So let's see the rain how Lily sees it, with a newfound depth and admiration for it!
