Alice is no stranger to danger. At this point, she comes close to dying on an almost daily basis. Some brushes are closer than others; occasionally, it's less of a "close brush" because she does die. She's used to it, though. That's not the hard part anymore. "Just when I think there's no more shit left to hit the fan... you always find your way back here." It's coming back. "It's not so bad. After one hundred and twenty-seven days with no signs of life, Alice finally came across something of interest. . . . This one-shot contains blood and injury.

It feels like a dream. Pure bliss up in the clouds. Being in Rain's arms. Having Rain in her arms. If she tries, she can almost ignore how they hate each other.

Since the start of the end, things have not been going Alice's way. It's not that she thinks anybody else who survived has it much better. Or that there isn't a part of her that thinks she deserves it.

After the fires hit California, everyone thought that was the end of a natural disaster that'd hit LA and a lot of the Western Coast. What nobody realized was that it was just the beginning. When two more fires hit unexpectedly, people are left scrambling around, searching for their friends and families and whomever else they know while others are doing their best to aid their community. Michelle Rodriguez is one of the many people who are volunteering to help with the community. Along the way to do just that, she ends up going to check on an old and dear friend of hers that she co-starred with; Milla Jovovich. Things escalate rapidly to their shock and they quickly find out the fires aren't the only horrors they have to worry about. The sole question remains: will they make it out alive?

Alice is starting to get a little worried.

Ironically, Alice must know the other Rain better than Rain does. She seems more confident than Rain that the other Rain won't lay her flat, anyway. Why else would she have suggested leaving them alone together like this? If it's some attempt at making them bond, she's certainly more hopeful than her at this point.
