Some people love the rain. It calms them down in a storm. Sometimes it terrifies them, it could remind them of their horrid past. And other times people may just need help to learn how to dance in the rain. Three different people with three different worlds have their troubled lives collide. Riley, Bella and Eleanor have all experienced broken families, death and speechless things they've done. Never judge a book by its cover. But never judge someone by what they've done either because anything can happen When It Rains.

You love the rains, right? And what about the floods? oooo...rains are comfy and grey and smells good and coffee. Floods? Floods are hurty and messy kills many people and death. Remember, You love the rains , right And what about the floods?
