What would happen if the slugcats we know and love were placed in Hallownest? How would they feel? How would they react? These questions have been (partially) solved through my (mediocre) writing you'll see in this book. wait isn't this technically a oneshot collection fic at the moment (trust the process) (cover from @blueberrytesttube on pinterest)

If the world of Rain World was rotting, sickly being, the world now is nothing but a dusty skeleton, half buried in the sand, wishing to finally sink back into the earth and be at peace. But the march of progress will not let it pass away peacefully, even as The Cycle halted, and the Iterators collapsed into rusting hulks of steel... Life, however brutal, finds a way... ---- This is just a fun project I just wanna work on while I'm blank on ideas for my other stories. This'll be short, maybe 10 chapters, probably less. This is gonna be heavily based off of the Fallout games, most notably Fallout 2, and a tiny little bit of Dune. This won't be a Reader story, the main character has a name. Oh, and I'll be crossposting this to AO3 if this does well, because I'm GREEDY and I LOVE BEING AN EVIL PERSON HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. More info in the opening chapter.

In a world full of many different creatures, there was one that was excellent at thriving. These are the Slugcats. Cats that are pretty much liquid, they can fit into small cracks and crevasses. There are a few types of Slugcats. The Saint: The only Slugcat that is a Herbivore. The Hunters: The only type of Slugcat that is a Carnivore. And many more, the only one important though, is one named Axiie What happens to them? Well you will have to find out..

This is a story set in the environment of Rain World, a fun little free-roaming indie game that I like very much. The game doesn't necessarily have a specific story for you to follow, since there are many different endings and optional paths to go through. In Rain world, you play as a little creature called a Slugcat. The Slugcat has been seemingly ripped away from it's family during a downpour of rain as seen in the beginning cutscenes of the game, in which you then try your best to find and reunite with your family. I've decided to build off of the Survivor Slugcat's story (the game's "normal mode") and just be silly and creative. Since this is kind of a niche area of wattpad, I don't expect very many views or comments, but I do hope you enjoy my nonsense! :)

I got the base ideas for this book while reading some other people's Rainworld fics. I had the idea that Five Pebbles uses Slugcats to cope with trauma, and by that I mean i make him the Rainworld version of a crazy cat lady, which is a crazy scug iterator. Fluff and angst!

A: NO IM *GRUNTS* TRYING NOT TO DIE ... *removes background noise* Stupid I know but I'd like to explain what this is about and what is currently happening. Abbeys is an interdimensional slugcat with one goal. After she stole a gem from a dreaded place she began having problems, being followed by demonic beasts, her portal gear not working correctly and problems with contacting people for help. What's so important about this gem? It has dark but powerful magic, how original. If controlled it can be used well and can transform the user into anything they desire and give the user whatever they want. All she needs to do is take that thing home and contain it but it's not going to be easy as she has to find her home. Luckily she has her pink lizard companion with her. Her name is Kristal. But here we are Abbey trying to escape the dreaded place with struggles... This place is dark and dull, very dangerous in fact yet she needed something from this place, which she had gotten. So let us continue.
