Nobody knows how it happen but one day at a World Conference all the countries, at the same got a phone call asking them to come back to their countries right away. Since it was Canada's turn to host the meeting, most of the countries where not happy to hear the news because they had to catch a plane but since all the countries also got the call, most of them rushed out of there to see what the problem was. When they got to their countries they were not expecting to meet their capitals. (A/N- Hey everyone, this is my first story I'm writing. Hope y'all enjoy.) P.S.
