This assassin has Ramona intrigued. She can sense this mans soul and how broken it is. She teams up with Captain America, Black Widow and a new ally named Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) who is known as The Falcon, to track down The Winter Soldier and defeat HYDRA.
