But during his time on Mushroom planet Robotnik manages to send an energy beam to make a portal appear where he meets Knuckles the Echidna who makes a deal. With them coming to Earth to find a ultimate power known as the Master Emerald Sonic has to stop them. But not alone where he meets two people that arrived on Earth to help him stop Robotnik and Knuckles who turned good
