This AU is practically about 12 years later after the events of monsters .inc and Monsters at work doesn't happen in this,I've haven't watched it but I will watch it soon! just to let everyone know that there are going to be some oc's in this so if you are confused about why are there other characters that you didn't know, in the monsters inc. universe those are oc's created by me! And Randall is going to have a slow redemption arc in this fanfic and Boo or should I say Mary's witch arc (☞ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)☞ so I hope you enjoy this fanfic and there will be more to come!

Every time he looked at Randall, he could only see two things; the eager, friendly face that had accompanied him through his first few months of college, and then the infuriating sneer that doused him with stuffed animals during one of his many greatest humiliations. Why did Randall have to take it out on him? In the long run, it wasn't that big of a loss. Mike saw that now. He'd been through the same thing. If only Randall could see that, in those logistics, Mike was a friend and not an enemy. And it still felt like Randall's influence on his life, heavy as he first imagined, but not in the right direction, had left him scarred. He wondered what it would have been like if Randall had made better decisions?
