She can also cast spells out of her hands and can form a dagger out of light of she wants to kill, if she's threatened, scared, mad, or sad. She can also wear a black jacket or hoodie and teleport wherever she wants. One day their parents did and they join the league of villains. What happen s when Toga develops a crush on Izuku Midoriya?
