Born out of love, but dying alone. That was the story of his life. The things he didn't want anyone to know were still buried deep inside of his mind, to where no one could ever find them. Yet, it happened one day. To where he wasn't this fantastical man that went on adventures, but found himself in a normal life. Or as normal as things could get around here. And as he searched to regain himself...those secrets started to come out as well.

Mary is a 12 year old, African American girl who moves to Woodcrest, Marlyand after a sudden turn of events. After she settles in, her and her parents are invited to a local dinner party hosted by Robert Freeman, another African American resident who lives in the town, and during the dinner party she meets his two grandsons, Huey and Riley Freeman.
