I wrote this as a piece of vent writing to describe how anxiety and panic attacks feel to me. They can feel different for every Individual but I hope this can explain to people how one can feel. Poetry I've had to write for English classes. There's no rhyme or reason to any of this. No specific theme. :a small brown European bird that sings a beautiful song especially at night. Just some random poems I had in mind... I usually thought of this around nighttime hence the title XD Btw, all of this doesn't make sense ┐(￣ヘ￣)┌ This book is dark, please keep that in mind ;-;
