Ashlyn Brazewood is a ward at Castle Redmont. She is an adventurous girl, who is fascinated by the Rangers. She was always wanting to learn more about the mysterious group. She doesn't spend her time knitting or cooking, like most girls. She spends it out in the woods, searching for a new adventure. When Choosing Day arrives she requests to be a Ranger. What will people think? Can she pull it off? But the more important question is. . . How will Halt survive having two inquisitive and stubborn apprentices? This book is based off the series Ranger's Apprentice by John Flanagon. I only take credit for Ashlyn and any other ocs I might add. The picture for the cover is not mine.

Will and Evalyn are kidnapped to Skandia, where they are separated and sold as slaves. However, this story is a bit different. Erak is already an Oberjarl and has recently established new laws to improve the lives of slaves. Despite this, the village Will ends up in doesn't seem to follow those laws. Will he survive until help arrives? Will help arrive at all? In the kingdom of Araluen, things are also not quite the same as we know them. Based on the 3rd and 4th books by John Flanagan, this is a completely reimagined story. Because why not? I don't own any rights to John Flanagan's novels, nor do I make any profit from them. I simply give free rein to my imagination and write whatever comes to mind, inspired by his works. You'll meet familiar characters from the books here, as well as some I've invented. The same goes for places. As mentioned, the action is set during the events of books 3 and 4 - but with a completely different twist. Enjoy reading. I hope you'll like it :-)

This book is going to be short stories and stuff that I have written in various notebooks around my house. These will include my own original characters or fanfiction. The various series I can do fanfiction are: The Ascendance Trilogy (The False Prince), The Inheritance Cycle (Eragon), I am Number Four, and Ranger's Apprentice. *PLEASE COMMENT REQUESTS* ~I do no smut whatsoever, so please don't request it. ~One Shot requests can either be fanfiction, or my original characters. It's just my book titled "Rozkminy w cieniu" ("Thinking in the shadows" would be the most similar) but I decided to translate it to English. I hope you'll enjoy it ;) And, if I use wrong tense or something, just let me know (I don't bite).

" Why would I want to be popular?" That was my answer when asked to join the popular cliche. Yeah.......now I can see that was a bad answer. You see where I go to school at Midtown high, to be popular is to rule the school. Flash Thompson, Liz Allen, Mary-Jane Watson, all of them are popular, and all of them have branded me with the dreaded brand, ' Unpopular '. However, when you go to school with Spider-Man, and he just happens to be your best friend Peter Parker, the days of the Unpopular seem to be a bit better for me. That is until the new boys came to school, Hal Mikkelson, ( the Scandinavian boy ), Will Treaty, ( the guy who always wears mottled green ), Legolas, ( the boy with no last name and the coolest hair ever! ), and Peter Quil ( the hopeless flirt who claims to believe in aliens ). These four boys are new and already are branded with the ' Unpopular ' brand, so naturally what's an Unpopular to do but join forces with the other misfits?

Crowley and Gilan come to Redmont to vist Will and Halt. When having a conversation, they find out something interesting about Halt that he never wanted anyone to know. Of course, this has to be taken advantage of. Set during Will's 3rd year of apprenticeship. Slight cussing near the end.

After being captured by Genovesan assassins, Lynn meets up with the one person she has longed for her whole life, though it doesn't turn out to be what she expected. She is forced to teach the assassins a few tricks of the rangers, in hope it could earn her freedom, but nothing will work. Meanwhile, MJ is working tirelessly to try to retrieve his beloved apprentice. With the help of his brother, the hounds, and Will Treaty, they go on the hunt to find Lynn and return her back into the safety of Skandia. Join the hunt for Lynn and see what becomes of her when she is faced with the hardests trials of her young life. What happens when the one person that can save her is forbidden to help? Emmy wants to help, but will her uncle let her, or will she need to escape the prison he has set for her? And can this simple rescue mission, turn into the downfall of Hallasholm?

Daniel Ortiz grew up as a slave in Sonderland. Ripped away from his mother as she was sold to a different region, he had to fend for himself at the young age of seven. He was rebellious from the get-go and quick with wit - which was a recipe for a hard life. Several years later at the age of 13, Daniel escaped Sonderland with other slaves and followed them to a nearby port. They posed as deckhands and after many months, Daniel wound up in Araluen. All he had to go on was to find his home fief, a distant memory from his mother's stories that he had clung on to during his frigid childhood; Aspienne.
