Her mother was killed by the Toscan assassins and she was left to rule in her mother's place. But when the Rangers stumble on to her territory, and her sister becomes captured by them she will stop at nothing to get her back So when the Rangers meet the spunky, sarcastic queen, will the two band together to defeat their enemies and stop a war? or will they destroy each other in the process?

When certain people decide to join a high school and pretend to be normal, muggle, mortal, or whatever you call it... It's going to be "normal", right? But it doesn't always go according to plan. This story is a "for fun" story, in which all the characters meet each other, become friends, and take classes like normal people. Who said the classes were all normal though? She doesn't spend her time knitting or cooking, like most girls. She spends it out in the woods, searching for a new adventure. When Choosing Day arrives she requests to be a Ranger. What will people think? Can she pull it off? But the more important question is. . . How will Halt survive having two inquisitive and stubborn apprentices? This book is based off the series Ranger's Apprentice by John Flanagon. I only take credit for Ashlyn and any other ocs I might add. The picture for the cover is not mine.

Addiane found her life to be comfortable enough. She may not have known her family, but she was fed and taken care of by those she lived with. She rarely feared for her life, and she was being taught valuable life lessons by those around her. Of course, training to be a Dragon Rider under the Shadeslayer himself, the first proper Rider in a long time, was a major bonus. Addiane wouldn't have thought she'd ever want to leave their little haven. Her curiosity simply got the better of her when Eragon's cousin made a plea for assistance, describing terrifying marauders and bowmen whose aim had been blessed by gods. And of course there was the man who rode the red dragon. Addiane had to know more about him, and about what was going on in the mountains that Eragon Shadeslayer had once called home. How I imagine characters from books as actors

A short story I decided to write about the other apprentices to the Rangers around the time of Will Treaty... I'm going to dedicate it to John Flanagan, the author of the original series, Ranger's Apprentice... Rest in peace John Flanagan. To clarify, I hope not to copy Flanagans work of art, just to create a little, pathetic in comparison, extension to the world he left as his legacy to the world. The well known Rangers of Araluen have been going on group scout missions lately. One of those missions caused them to find some sort of portal the leads them to a place with no kings or queens.
