For Rania, studying in Turkey is more than an education. It is distance, breath, and the freedom to exist quietly. Shy and reserved, she keeps her world small, finding safety in routine, prayer, and silence. When she becomes part of a group of friends who accept her without judgment, life slowly softens. Among them is Danish,someone whose simply present in a way that feels steady rather than overwhelming. He notices the things others miss,when she lingers at the back of the group, when she listens more than she speaks, when silence is her way of staying. He never asks her to be more than she is. Their connection grows slowly, built on shared spaces and unspoken understanding. There are no long conversations or grand moments, only quiet companionship, respectful distance, and the comfort of being seen without explanation. But while Rania is learning how to exist freely again, the past she never allowed herself to name returns uninvited. And as they say some pasts are carried and not spoken. And as Rania begins to feel something she once believed was no longer meant for her, she is faced with a choice: to keep protecting her heart, or to trust it just once more.
