In a world that exalts Heroes and worships Quirks, the port city of Yokohama stands tall as a feared anomaly. O que começou como uma "rivalidade" saudável e admiração pelo intelecto superior e habilidades de Ranpo transformou-se em uma paixão secreta e não correspondida até o momento. Poe admira a facilidade com que Ranpo desvenda mistérios e seus romances, mas anseia por ser visto como mais do que apenas um escritor de quebra-cabeças(mais na realidade não é assim que Ranpo o vê) . Dazai Osamu is chosen to return to the Port Mafia, he knew it of course, there was no other contender for the slimy boss to choose. He accepts it, atleast he gets to see his Chibiko more often. The agency however are very surprised at seeing the more violent and calculating side of Dazai compared to the happy go lucky and lazy man they are used to knowing. Through many team ups tey figure out more and more about their previous co-worker.
