War... Greed... Power... These are the desires of man. Fueled by this unholy trinity, they destroy all that they touch. For years, Ransei enjoyed peace, and its citizens were not burdened by the troubles that came with the aforementioned atrocities. But as a the life of a flower quickly fades, so does peace. And fade it did... Nobunaga, a man of great ambition, sought to drive all of Ransei into submission by embarking on a conquest that would unite all seventeen kingdoms under one banner and call upon the creator itself to grant his deepest desire. With three nations under his control, and his sights set on a fourth, Nobunaga continues his rampage. In desperation, the Hajime Nation sends out a cry for help as they are the only nation without a warlord. As weeks pass, the elders of the Hajime Nation began to entertain the idea of joining forces with another nation to bolster its defenses against the daunting power of Nobunaga and his rapidly growing armies. Just as the light of hope begins to dim, their call for a warlord is rewarded with an answer they weren't expecting.

With Preselzee as the new Dreamer of Reality restored back to her powers, the Dreamers are stronger than ever! However, after hearing of the ominous message from the Seven Warriors of Darkness, the Dreamers are then taken out of their school by their guardians for special training and safekeeping. That still does not stop the forces of darkness from rising and chasing after them! On their first stop, Pokeworld is planning a big festival in Poketopia! Preparations are cut short when the remnants of Team Plasma launch an attack! Sonic and his friends meet up with Mario and his pals until Dr. Eggman and Boswer decide to try and take over the universe (again). As for the Ninjas, they decide to take the Dreamers to Ransei to see the new world which holds strange and familiar powers to Ninjago for some reason. As for the Wielders, they help with the connection to all the worlds until Young Xehanort appears before the group and threatens the existence of the Nobodies. Lastly, the Skylanders help Preselzee adjust to their world and connection, but a very old and strong dragon appears and demands to take over the world. In this chaos, the Dreamers lose the Notebook and Journal to the forces of darkness who then head to the World that Never Was to bring back a very powerful force of evil, Lord Riley! Can the Dreamers stop them or hinder his powers?

Follow Ash and his Pokémon as he and Serena begin a new adventure together after his victory in the Alola League! After a challenge from Serena's mother Grace, Ash and Serena are off to a new region with new Pokémon and challenges.
