CROWN & CHAOS
Behind the manicured lawns and towering colonial red bricks of Apex Heights International College lies an untouchable student monarchy. Here, power isn't earned-it is enforced. The Senior Prefect Council rules the campus through intimidation, arbitrary discipline, and an illegal hostel extortion racket, running the prestigious Lagos boarding school like an untouchable private syndicate.
At the center of the empire stands George Olaitan, the polished, razor-sharp Senior Prefect. Carrying the weight of a powerful British-Nigerian dynasty, George maintains an iron grip on school order, convinced that absolute control is the only barrier against total anarchy-even if it means turning a blind eye to the corruption festering beneath his command.
Enter Kenechukwu Sarah. Armed with fierce Nigerian-Canadian defiance and zero respect for the school's established caste system, Kene refuses to bow. When a petty public punishment goes too far, she openly challenges George in front of the entire student body, sparking a vicious, personal war between the untouchable council and the campus underdogs.
What begins as snide hallway remarks quickly escalates into all-out warfare: confiscated files, cafeteria riots, planted evidence, and hacked digital broadcasts. But as Kene digs deeper into the council's darkest ledgers and George discovers how far his own peers will go to protect their illicit empire, the lines between enemy and ally begin to blur.
With Founders' Day approaching and the school teetering on the edge of destruction, George and Kene must decide whether destroying each other is worth burning down everything they hold dear-or if the only way to survive the fallout is a dangerous, reluctant truce that will follow them across the Atlantic.
