What happens when someone doesn't have anyone who understands them? What happens if you push everyone away? What happens if your parents won't listen to you? What happens when you're scared of the dark?

This is more of a blog than a story, but if it gets a good following ill make it a story. I will be posting roughly once a week. I am open to constructive criticism. Thanks for taking the time to have a look at it! I picked non- fiction as the genre, because this is the realest shit I've ever written.

"I'm the freak show." Rosa Wilden is starting her freshman year of high school and it isn't going very well. She expected to still have at least one friend but after the death f her best friend Cassie last year nobody likes her. She changed a lot over the summer. Instead of her dark red hair she used to have she now has blue hair and dresses in practically all black. The nerdy glasses are back. She's a freak show. She's that little emo girl that nobody likes. To everyone else she's a nobody. She thinks everything in her life is going wrong so why not end it? Why not stop breathing? Why not stop trying. If the first time she tried this failed it couldn't happen twice, right? One simple act of kindness may have saved her life and a broken freshman may have just saved the boy who has been watching her for months.

I hear a faint click noise and I redirect my eyes to him. He has his hand hovering over top of the door lock with a sheepish grin plastered on his face. At this moment in time I felt extremely apprehensive. Nothing good could come out of me being locked in a car alone with Connor Hansen. "W-What are you doing?" I managed to stutter. For rp, but I mean it's good so read if you want. May contain scenes that some are uncomfortable with, so read at your own risk (: Carry on.. (Ignore the awful cover photo, sorry.)

So this is a story about two girls. They are completely different but unfortunately their names matches with each other. The one that lives in the village was rapped brutally and to give her justice this news goes viral which causes the other girl named Asifa which is a school going teenager to suffer from the bulling of her classmates. She was a nerd and was always being bullied in the school but when the news goes viral it created a chance for them to create fun of Asifa more by saying that she was also a rapped girl.Asifa was very innocent she didn't knew about all this stuff and due to this humiliation she starts hurting herself but later her friend Manny helps her to overcome it and help her to find the truth behind the Asifa's rapped case which makes her to know the whole story behind that rape case and she thinks to convey all her feelings in a speech which she gives in a school function but will all listen to her?will her thoughts change the mindset of some people?

PLEASE READ I wrote this as a class assignment and I became extremely passionate about the topic. I have spent months researching and writing this argumentation-persuasion paper. The purpose of the paper is to convince the reader (initially, my teacher) why consent and the dangers of rape culture should be taught in schools. However, I feel that the information I present in this paper can be beneficial to a lot of people. These statistics and pieces of information are things that should be known by everyone because they affect us in many aspects of our lives. I also wanted to post this because I believe that in the general realm of fanfiction, sexual assault and abuse are romanticized and seen as interchangeable with angst. This is not the case. Rape ruins people's lives. It is an extremely serious issue that is not being dealt with properly and should NOT be utilized for entertainment, especially when most people lack any concept of how horrific sexual assault is. I also know that the general age of my audience ranges from high school to the beginning of college. This means that rape culture actively affects you. I care about you all and I am almost in tears considering that you may be or may become a victim of sexual assault. I want you all to be safe. I want you to realize the statistics that you face; that work against you. If you are a rape survivor, I want you to know that you are not at fault for what was done to you. While you may encounter disgusting, pathetic people who try to blame you for the crime of your rapist, there are people who are here to support and help you. I am always here to talk to you if you need me, and I am putting a list of hotlines at the end of this. They are completely confidential and have people available to talk with you if you are experiencing or have experienced sexual assault.
