In the universe of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Scarlett, Karai's cousin, is a deadly assassin who has come to New York City to work for the Shredder. Her sole purpose: to wipe out the Turtles, ensuring their end is slow and agonizing. But little did Scarlett know that worlds would collide when she encounters Raphael Hamato by chance on a stormy night. Splinter's death has been a hard shot for the turtles, who had to deal with sadness and nostalgia. One of them though, is silently suffering more than the others, and that's Raphael. He was the only one of the brothers who saw the father being stabbed and killed in front of his eyes, and the remorse for not acting faster is eating him from inside. Time has passed, and Leonardo, Donatello and Michelangelo started to move on, not realizing to leave their hot-head brother behind...who actually wasn't seeming to look like a hot-head anymore at all... Just one person is going to understand first what is bothering Raph, since she was just next to him when the tragedy happened. Will they manage to get their hot-head back? Or will he remain an empty, passionless shell forever?

Thought I'd try something a little different :) These are TMNT one shots set in the TMNT 2012 universe. Maybe if one gets a good enough story I'll make it a part 2. *Note I don't feel like using Y/N, so I'm just gonna make different oc's depending on the chapter Enjoy!

It occurred to me that there must be many off screen mutants in TMNT, those whose stories will never be told. I wanted to write something about some of them, and what their lives and cultures might be like, before the Turtles and the Turtle madness came on the scene. This story takes place in the 2012 continuum.
