In an distopian world the world was overtaken by machines known as Raptures. The remains of the human race have retreated underground, forming the Ark with the adroids which they dubbed Nikke being their only hope. Nikkes were lead by human commanders, which happen to meet an untimely end most of the time. However, what would happen if a certain minus had ended up as an commander?

After restoring the earth back to normal thanks to Ritsuka, Mash, and the rest of Chaldea but before they could rest they were payed a visit by a very familiar Wizard Marshall and in that visit he made them an offer that will put them on another grand adventure to another world but what will they encounter on this new journey?

Centuries have passed since the battle against the Alien life form known as the Angels, humanity is now under threat of machine life forms known as the Raptures and humanities only weapon of defeating them are Nikkes, the memory of the Evangelions and Nerv are now part of a past that is almost forgotten, yet Shinji Ikari is the only thing that remains of that time.
