Mackenzie Ziegler and her friends are freshmen this year. Mackenzie is a fun girl, but has good grades and pretty much always follows the rules. Her best friends are Annie, Lauren, Brynn, Lexi, and Ruby. Johnny Orlando and his friends are sophomores this year. Johnny is a bad boy, he is also on the hockey team and doesn't have the best grades. Also, he NEVER follows the rules. His best friends are Carson, Hayden, Joey, Jacob, and Ashton.

Brynn and Carson, Annie and Hayden, William and Lauren, Ruby and Ashton, and lastly Kenzie, oh also Johnny. The ands were all dating. Except for Kenzie and Johnny. They were nothing more than best friends. None had feelings for eachother. They were all a big group, no one could join them no one could leave. But Kenzie felt left out as well as Johnny, so they fake date to not feel left out, will love actually grow.
