Set during the 9th book of Friday Barnes, We follow Ian as he learns of Friday's visit to Italy and as he tries to get closer to Tatiana. Written from Ian's perspective in the lead of his and Friday's reunion. I do not own any of these characters. All characters belong to R.A Spratt

Ian is a writer from the Lakes district. When Friday comes over to help find his cat, he's finally found the perfect romance novel. And it's not just fiction, this time. The title is based on 'The Lakes' by Taylor Swift. It's a gorgeous song, and I think it encapsulates this fic well.

Friday has changed since last seeing the love of her life Ian Wainscott. When they meet four years later they are thrown into a mystery involving Friday's best friend; Melanie going missing. With help from Binky and Ingrid/Debbie, they must find Melanie and bring her home safe.

Yaaaas! You guess it! Friday Barnes is back! With her friends, well Melanie will be in two parts but Ian will be with Friday. And what about Justin Irish? Nope he hasn't leave Friday alone, will Ian win Friday or will Justin will win Friday? I dunno, I guess we have to find out!

Friday Barnes can't possibly go on without her, well, we can say boyfriend, right? Anyway, when Ian Wainscott leaves Friday she becomes depressed and angry, even Melanie Pelly, her best friend, leaves Friday for her boyfriend jerk!
