    Project Overview: The DPR (Detailed Project Report) for Raya Heritage City, a 9,350-hectare international world-class city near Mathura-Vrindavan, has been finalized. The city will be developed on the lines of UNESCO World Heritage Sites and will be even better than Ahmedabad and Jaipur Heritage Cities. It will be connected to all the villages associated with Lord Krishna's life. A 7-km greenfield expressway will connect it to Vrindavan and a 12-km expressway to Gokul. The project will cost around Rs 6,270 crore, including Rs 800 crore for the expressways and Rs 5,470 crore for the city.
