On a stormy night, members of the Crown Guard discover an unconscious girl deep in the woods and bring her back to Katolis. She awakens with no memory of her past. Only her name, Nora, lingering like a fading echo. King Harrow offers her refuge, and Nora slowly becomes part of castle life, forming unexpected bonds with Prince Ezran and Prince Callum. Even the children of the controversial Lord Viren are drawn to her, though Viren himself remains wary, convinced there is something unusual and possibly dangerous about the girl. There was another species of creature that had been forgotten and lost in history... We all know that the 6 primal sources have always been remembered throughout history... Right..? Well, what if I tell you that there used to be 7 primal sources many years before dark magic was ever created... This story is about a creature being lost and alone, helping in the most significant event in history... Rayla wasn't born in Pyrrhia like most were. No one knows exactly where she was born. Her parents had died a few months after she was born so she never really knew them. She was though raised in Berk with Gobber as her father figure. She made friends with Hiccup and Fishlegs but was closer to Astrid, her best friend. Living there for 11 years, she was often bullied for her opinions of dragons being equal to humans, especially by Snotlout, Ruffnut and Tuffnut. Rayla soon left after her teacher had attacked her, saying that she might never return. But, after a whole bunch of adventures with the Dod, Jade winglet and Hivemind Squad (See my first book: Wings of Fire Reunion for information) some dragons from the Rainwing and Nightwing Kingdom have gone missing. Rayla, Arrow, Moon, Qibli, Turtle, Kinkajou, Winter and Peril go on a mission. Will Rayla be able to protect her friends? Can she trust her old ones? Will she be able to trust her past tormenters?

Rayla knew that she promised to kill Callum, and she knew that they had to save Xadia. But at what price? She is forced to point an arrow at her lover, but cannot will herself to kill him. Unfortunately. Callum does that on his own.

It'd been a week at most after the fall; The Dragon Prince, Azymondias, had been reunited with his mother, and the war had been stopped. They hadn't left the Storm Spire, and with a harsh winter on it's way, they were advised to stay inside. On a cold winter's night, Rayla has a nightmare. (just a quick one-shot i wrote up at around 3am, be warned, season 3 spoilers ahead!!) i don't own the dragon prince or any of its characters. the cover artwork is not mine nor do i take any credit for it. i only own my writing! please comment with any criticism so i can improve in my next work!
