After the great awakening cleansed the land of Chima making the Saber Tooth Tigers, Mammoths, Polar Bears, and Vultures pure again Laval and his friends found out that there was more to Chima than they'd ever thought and with these new lands came new and mysterious tribes with their own customs and ways from Snakes who fight for fun, to Jackals who steal and scavenge. And with new areas to search come new and old faces. Who will appear that was believed dead? But also with these new lands came new dangers. After the events of the ice hunters the 8 tribes and the ice hunters went on with peace. And the outland tribe decied to colonize the outlands as their kingdom. Many mouths have passed, everything was normal at first until Laval suddenly developed weird visions of 10 myterious tribes. Laval with his beloved and his friends have traveled to the lost lands

Master Wu wants the ninja to learn all about the six fundamental virtues of Spinjitzu. But before he can teach them he is kidnapped by a mysterious dragon and taken through a portal. Meanwhile a mysterious witch girl is taking down the foot ' s operations putting innocent civilians in danger in the process but there's more to this girl than meets the eye. While that is happening Mikey finds out Shredder is planning something that will put his Brothers and Sensai in danger. Seeing this as an opportunity to prove himself Mikey will do anything to stop Shredder but at what cost ? Will Raph be able to talk him out of it ? And who's this mysterious girl ?
