We live in this world where all the bad things happen only to women. Men are considered as "knights in shining armour" and women are considered as "damsels in distress", who needs a man to save her from all the bad's of this world. A man is supposed to be too "macho" in this world. Where he's supposed to act tough and not show his emotions at all times. Which, by the definition of this society, is a sign of a 'true man'. Well, what will happen if it's a guy who's in need of a rescuer? A guy, who's childhood had been robbed mercilessly from him. A guy, who couldn't defend his pride, dignity and honour. A guy, who was overpowered by someone else physically, mentally and emotionally, scarring him for life. Not every bad thing happens to girls alone. Guys suffer too. Part 1: Chapter 1 to Chapter 7 Part 2: Chapter 8 to Chapter 17 Part 3: Chapter 18 to Epilogue A story about a female suffering from reoccurring 2nd class apoplectic stroke, and a very kind soul whom she identifies as her guardian angel. This condition's symptoms causes individuals to be on the verge of unconsciousness when experiencing the stroke. Sometimes the symptoms lead to fatal consequence. This is why the female of this story associates the male character with divinity. But because her feelings towards him are not religiously or spiritually inclined, she does not use any terms that confound these.

'You can run from your past, but can you hide from it?' When the past crossed her path one morning, Nina slapped him. Never did she know that this wasn't going to be the only time the past caught up to her. Secrets are reveled and Nina is forced to take life changing decisions.
