Set between 2013-2015 in a Modern City of Kaze Grove City in Tennessee, Foxes begin to protect the city for between 199-201 years. Every 5 years, The new Fox will be chosen. Randy Harrington, a teenage British boy who transferred at Kaze Grove High School, is the next Fox. Now, Randy must protect Kaze Grove City from the evil plans of Dr. Vortex, his ally Chronix LaCroix, and Chronix's assistant Ironclad.
