Trapped in a city crawling with infecteds, Y/N is separated from his mission partner and forced to venture deeper and face the very source of the city wide outbreak. Amidst the chaos and pain brought on by the infamous Racoon City incident, a rookie officer on his first day of the job stumbles across Y/N, dragging him deeper into the mangled inner workings of the city. As the city crumbles around them and the threat of death nears, the situation begs thr question; will anybody survive?
